He looks too heroic in these illustrations for his personality so that is something I need to focus on avoiding.
Outfits
Since Callahan is a priest, I wanted to research the different garments involved in the traditional as well as more complex outfits. Furthermore, I researched the different meanings for the colours of them.

Since Callahan is an alcoholic and losing his faith, I wanted to convey this through his clothing as well. Since he no longer cares as much about religion, I decided that having him only half dressed in his priest attire paired with tracksuit pants would convey his disregard for his status and role in the church.

Although I like the colours and texture of this illustration, I don't think that it fits the horror aspect of the game and story.
